Description:
The municipality of Kempele is asking for your contract offer to build a protection fence in Aurinkajarvi in Kempele. "Lightened game fence". More detailed guidance on fence construction can be found in the invitation to tender. The type of fence shown is a minimum requirement.The payment is made for the measured, according to the actual amounts of performance. The unit price for fence construction includes the fence when built. Only the additional cost of the vertical post on the rock mount is separately reimbursed at a unit price at the bid. Warranty period The security is 5 % of the final tax -free contract. The collateral must be valid for 3 months beyond the end of the warranty period. The warranty period begins with approved reception check. The contract includes the construction of the fence to the fullest, including materials, supplies and installation work. The contractor is responsible for the necessary auxiliary work, supplies, machines and equipment. The detailed requirements of the construction work are reflected in section 3.1.1 of the contract program. as well as other invitation to tender. The contractor is responsible for working -time traffic control and occupational safety, work safety, and the skills and qualifications of their staff (eg occupational safety). Before commencing work, the contractor should determine the underground structures and prepare for the protection measures required for his work in terms of structures (including cables).
