Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari requests a demolition contract bid for the demolition of buildings in 6 separate properties, a total of 20 residential buildings: 1. Oksatie 43; buildings; A, B, C, D2. Oksatie 45; buildings; A, B, C3. Oksatie 46; buildings; A, B, C, D4. Oksatie 47; buildings; A, B, C5. Oksatie 49; buildings; A, B, C6. Lehtokuja 47; buildings; A, B, CAll outdoor furniture (e.g. waste canopies) in the courtyards of the buildings, which are mentioned in a separate appendix as the total price contract. The demolition contract includes construction, Plumbing, electrical, asbestos and harmful substance demolition works, as well as ground surface shaping in the scope according to the calculation documents. The implementation period of the project is 2.5.2026 - 30.11.2026. The tenderer must register for the inspection by 7.11.2025 Anu Juutinen, anu.juutinen@kajaaninpietari.fi and before the introduction you must visit Kiinteistö Oy Kajaani's Pietar office to confirm the introduction.
