Kiinteistoe Oy Itatuuli requests offers for property maintenance services as follows:
The request for tender concerns the exterior and interior maintenance of properties in property management areas 1 and 2. More detailed descriptions of the areas and items are presented in the appendices of the request for tender.
In the request for tenders and related documents in the materials, the provider is also referred to as a contractor, contractor and maintenance company. The customer chooses the lowest priced offers aggregated by region in accordance with the request for bids. You can submit an offer from one or more areas.
The acquisition includes the building structures, equipment, taking care of the functionality of the systems and equipment, maintenance of the exterior areas of the properties (does not include machine snow work) and 24/7 on-call. The outdoor areas to be maintained and more detailed work instructions can be found in the attachments of the request for tender. The customer reserves the right to make changes to the items' work instructions during the contract period. Changes are agreed with the contractor on a project-by-project basis.
The property management agreement is for a fixed period starting on December 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2028 ("actual contract period"). After the actual contract period, the Subscriber has the right to extend the contract period for two one (1) year periods of the option period for the periods 1.1.2029 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030-31.12.2030. The Subscriber informs the supplier no later than six (6) months before the start of a possible option year, whether the Subscriber intends to use the option year.
