Description:
The municipality of Mantsala is requesting offers for the knowledge management tool system and the HR reporting tool. The software solution offered must also include the design and implementation of the deployment project, user training, technical support, maintenance, upgrade and possible further development in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. One tenderer is selected as a contract partner and the contract is made for an indefinite contract. The introduction of the knowledge management service and the HR Reporting Tool has been designed to begin in October 2025 and the preliminary setting of commissioning schedule Production is in early 2026. A more detailed schedule will be agreed with the selected tenderer. The municipality currently has a similar strategy tool, but not a human resource reporting tool.
