• Description:
• The project includes construction works according to the tender documents. The form of the contract is a complete contract. The target of the repair is the Koivukylä school and the extent of the repair and the measures are presented in the plans. The work includes, among other things (specified in more detail in tender documents):- sealing repairs- room changes- renewal of surface materials, e.g. all floor surfaces- painting of surfaces- ceiling installations- HVAC installations related to sealing work and other small HVAC works.- lighting renewals and electrical work.- removal, transfer and reinstallation of fixed furniture, as well as purchase and installation of new furniture- commissioning cleaning of the entire contract area- facade repairs: demolition of existing masonry, replacement of insulation, replacement of plinth split insulation, making new masonry as well as renewing, refurbishing and painting the sheeting. The address of the construction site is Kustaantie 10, 01400 Vantaa. The construction period of the contract is 01.06.2026 - 07.08.2026- In connection with the offer, the contractor must submit a preliminary schedule of the work for completion, with a preliminary sequence of work phases.- In this indoor air repair work in Vantaa, a structure compactor's certificate is required from all those participating in the compaction work, both from the work management and from those doing the actual compaction work (Building personal certificate, issued by Eurofins Expert Services).
