- The contract includes alteration of the rooms presented in the school documents (2nd floor class and office rooms and corridors). The contract is the overall contract including construction and LVISA work. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. In this contractual arrangement, the contractor is the main contractor responsible for the site management liabilities within the meaning of Article 4 of the YSE 1998 and performs the contractual performance under the contract at a fixed price.
