- Kokkola Urheilupuisto Oy (hereinafter also the "customer") requests your offer for the LED surfaces of Kokkola Urheilupuisto in accordance with this tender request and its attachments. The indoor fields of the arena, as well as the LED screen on a stand located in the football stadium. The acquisition includes, as an option, the media partnership and service sales of the aforementioned LED surfaces. LED surfaces are primarily intended for presenting advertising and informational content at sporting events. If necessary, LED surfaces can be combined into larger uniform LED surfaces, but this is not the primary purpose of the purchase. The delivery must include a control system that can operate LED surfaces centrally. The package also includes design, installation, commissioning and user training as well as testing, approval and technical documentation. The tenderer must be able to offer both of the LED surfaces specified in the request for tenders, i.e. the Arena's inner court rotating LED solution and stadium LED screen. The purchase of the LED screen includes the requirement to commit to the delivery of a possible replacement temporary solution free of charge, if the final LED screen solution cannot be delivered in time for the upcoming game season needs by 15 May 2026 at the latest.
