Description:
Kokonniemi Sports Center Oy ("Subscriber Representative") organizes a tender for the new building project of the Kokonniemi Sports Center in accordance with this request for participation and its attachments. The acquisition is the project management contractor to implement a project managerAs a collaborative project management contract for the new building project at Kokonniemi Sports Center. This acquisition does not include PS/ARK planning, but will acquire them separately in the spring of 2025.A two-roller ice rink, low-threshold lobby and multifunctional arena, as well as direct courtyard and parking areas. The scope of the project plan is 21,500 m2. The rough schedule of the project: 1. Development phase (11/2025-7/2026) 2. Implementation phase (8/2026-6/2030) a. Construction phase1 (2025-2028): Construction of new ice rinks with parking lots. Construction phase 2 (2028-2030): Demolition of existing ice rinks and the construction of the multifunctional arena and new lobby spaces in the area.The procurement procedure to be launched will acquire the project management contractor in accordance with the YSE 1998-based contract for the development and implementation phase.
