Description:
The City of Porvoo asks candidates to submit their application for participation in accordance with this request for participation and its annexes. A versatile and modern sports center will be built in the area thatServes extensively both enthusiasts, racing athletes and event organizers. The aim of the project is to strengthen the position of Porvoo as a sports city, promote the well-being of residents and enable more diverse sports and event services. The project consists of two projects from whichThe new building project will carry out a two-roller ice rink, low-threshold lobby and multifunctional arena, and direct courtyard and parking areas. In the Infra project, the city of Porvoo will implement new street areas, municipal technology transfers, playing fields and partfrom the parking lots. The new building project is implemented in two stages to keep the existing sports facilities in use during construction. The first phase takes place between 2025 and 2028 and the second phase for 2028-2030. The contract form is a collaborative project management contract with a target budget,which includes the developmental phase and two (2) implementation stages.
