- The Kolari Parish requests an offer for the roof of the bell tower and the inside of the water damage to the inside. The water roof will be completely renewed to the section of the clock tower and the structures below the roof will be renewed. The leakage of the roof has also caused moisture damage to the inside parts of the bell tower, which are repaired in the same contract. The subscriber shall carry out an asbestos and harmful substance survey, which will be delivered to the invitation to tender by additional letter. All work on the building will be carried out as a total contract in accordance with the invitation to tender, fully completed and finished.
