The design fields included in this request for tender: oStructural design (RAK)oSubstructure design (GEO)oFire safety design (PALO)oDemolition design (PUR)The design is carried out as follows and this procurement applies to part 2:oPart 1: Main and ARK design tasks. oPart 2: The rest of the design tasks tender separately. Other design tasks also include the user administration's own designs (e.g. AV design). oOther necessary consultations (such as moisture management, cleanliness management and safety coordination as well as control, construction, special quality assurance, etc. consulting services) later.-Planning requires e.g. to the building group, which is the careful matching of the architecture, to the systems which are the consideration of interest rates and timely approval and the coordination of building technology. An alternative is being studied for the outgoing snow farm place of placement.-This RFP and its attachments are followed for design tasks.-A design contract is concluded between the customer and the company or work association that made the offer, in which case the other designers involved in this procurement act as sub-consultants of the bidder. - Plans and everything documentation is prepared in Finnish.
