Description:
The object of the acquisition is the new building of the Tikkurila knowledge campus, Kortteli 1, and acquisition of the site's security expert service. The acquisition exceeds the EU threshold value and will be implemented through an accelerated limited procedure.
The city of Vantaa has prepared a needs assessment and a project planfrom the hte. VTK Kiinteistoet Oy will acquire and carry out the design and construction of the project until completion. The form of contract for the object is a project management contract, taking into account that the designers are in a contractual relationship with VTK Kiinteistoet Oy throughout the project. The project will be implemented in the overall planninguna, where the security expert is a separate customer purchase.
Kortteli 1 new building is an educational building that will be located in the area of the Tikkurila knowledge campus, near the Tikkurila train station. The site is exceptionally demanding in terms of design. The area of the project also has challenging bottomsalots The Kortteli 1 new building includes spaces for a total of 2,615 students from three different educational institutions: Vantaa Vocational College Varia, Tikkurila High School, Vantaa Adult College and Vantaa Music College. The site is estimated to have 7 floors. The scope of the project according to the project plan is 29320 brm2 and volume 171,180 rm3. The area of the plot is approx. 7900 m2.
The tasks of the security expert service include security planning, with the exception of the planning of wire routes (in overall planning).
