The quotation is given as a fixed price (total contract). For the electricity work, the tenderer must submit an hourly charge price. The hourly charge price does not affect the choice of a total contractor. The developer has the opportunity to order the electricity work (SU) from the total contractor according to the submitted hourly charge price. Electric drawings are not available during the procurement period. The construction work is expected to be able to start week 38, 15.9.2025. The building project should be completed no later than 13.3.2026. The contractor should set up a timetable of the project.
