Description:
The subject of the procurement is the overall contract for the pier of the property managed by the Office of the President of the Republic, Kultaranta villa farm, which includes, according to the attached contract program, the demolition of the old pier, dredging of the pier area as necessary, and the design of a new concrete pontoon pier, construction and delivery. It is possible to start the demolition work immediately after signing the contract. The demolition of the old pier, dredging and the delivery of the new concrete pontoon pier must be completed by the end of May 2026 at the latest. The language of procurement and the working language during the contract period is Finnish. is that the bidder must familiarize himself with the contract site (Kordelininkatu 1, Naantali) and the plans related to the contract will be handed over at the familiarization event. The person receiving the plans must sign a non-disclosure agreement. The customer will organize an introductory meeting on Thursday 18 December 2026 at 12.00 and registrations must be sent by email to jouni.rindell@ains.fi.
