Description:
The city of Kurika ("Procurement Unit") requests candidates to send the procurement notice published as an application for participation in accordance with the procurement notice and its attachments. as a project management contract. As part of the negotiations, the Procurement Unit intends to map the applicability of a possible cooperative development phase to the project. The building site's real estate code is 301-5-3-3 at Asematie 8, Kurikka. a general architectural design competition organized in cooperation with the Finnish Architects' Association. Based on the competition, Arkkitehtoimisto Harris ja Kjisik Oy has been selected as the main designer of the new building. Architectural planning will be in advance as an agreed bound cost reservation in the project management contract. More information about the Architectural competition www.kurikkatalo.fi The selected project management contractor will enter into the design contracts as a cost reservation tied to their name and the main and architectural design the contract will be transferred to the project management contractor. The project's implementation schedule is to sign the contract in 12/2026 and start construction in Q2/2027 and receive the contract performance in Q2/2029.
