Description:
The welfare area of Southwest Finland is asking for an offer from a rental model for the Elderly Housing Services Unit, where the landlord (tenderer) will implement the tenant (the welfare area of the Southwest Finland Welfare Area) at its expense.
The acquisition includes the housing services of the elderly 170 On a "turnkey" basis for the rental of a customer location hybrid unit, the use of a "turn". The new building to be planned include a 24-hour service housing unit (70 seats) and rehabilitation and evaluation activities unit (100 seats).
