Description:
It is a KVR contract to be carried out in the Viertola district of the city of Vantaa, which includes the design and construction of a freely financed rental apartment building and a parking building to be used by the parking company to be established. The construction sites are located at Viertolankuja 4, 01300 The residential building is a three-level 4-5-6-storey apartment building with 111 apartments. The parking building has 2 floors and has an underground floor and a parking deck slightly above ground level. There will be 54 parking spaces in the parking building. The building right for the residential building is 6,993 square meters and the target usable area is at least 5,741.5 square meters. The residential building has a cold UVV space in the yard on its own plot. Vantaa Energia's transformer station and waste points for the plots will be placed along Viertolankuja. VAV Yhtyma Oy manages the entire parking company for the duration of the contract. Basically, and more precisely, under the conditions to be agreed in the contract, VAV Yhtyma Oy can undertake to be responsible for the obligations in proportion to their ownership shares, if the contractor does not receive payment directly from the customer for the receivables under the contract.
