• Description:
• It is a KVR contract to be carried out in the Viertola district of the city of Vantaa, which includes the design and construction of a freely financed rental apartment building and a parking building to be used by the parking company to be established. Objects to be built are located at the address Viertolankuja 4, 01300 Vantaa, on the part of the plot (property code: 92-63-105-2) that can be subdivided. The parking building has 2 floors, and has an underground floor as well as a parking deck slightly above ground. There will be 54 parking spaces in the parking building. The building right for the residential building is 6,993 km² and the target useful area is at least 5,647.5 asm². The residential building has cold UVV space in the yard on its own plot. Vantaa Energia's transformer station and waste collection points for the plots will be located along Viertolankuja. VAV Yhtymä Oy manages the entire parking company for the duration of the contract. Basically, and more precisely, under conditions to be agreed in the contract, VAV Yhtymä Oy can undertake to be responsible for the obligations according to the contract in proportion to its ownership shares, if the contractor does not receive performance directly from the customer for receivables under the contract.
