Description:
The Kymenlaakso welfare area requests an offer for long-term ECG registration, related equipment with statements, and night polygraph examinations and related statements with equipment. The purchases supplement the welfare area's own service production. The subscriber does not commit to certainin order quantities.
The EKG long-term registration service includes equipment, automatic data transfer, analysis and a cardiologist's opinion.
The service provider is responsible for the EKG long-term registration devices. The device is handed over to the customer by the subscriber's nurse. The customer returns the device to a caregiverto the municipality, which downloads the registration and Preliminary information to the service provider's electronic system/service. Registration must take place without personal data.
Decompression of recordings does not require the user to use separate software for processing the recordings, but the raw recordings are sent to
the service providerthrough the website of the registration system.
The attending physician receives a clear statement with further recommendations as a pdf file.
EKG long-term registration examinations are carried out in the Kymenlaakso welfare area approx.based on afia signals, time to fall asleep and time to wake up, REI, ODI3, average spO2 and other indices according to the latest AASM recommendation. The statement of the short night polygraph indicates the level of severity of sleep apnea according to the indices (no sleep apnea, mild, moderate or severe sleep apnea) and a recommendation...
