Description:
The acquisition focuses on the residence of the disabled for the organization of the Kymenlaakso welfare area. It is necessary to obtain housing services for people with disabilities from a private service provider to be properly maintained by housing services. The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area organizes housing services for people with disabilities as a separate activity and by purchasing the service from private service providers. The Kymenlaakso welfare area is responsible for the design and organization of the customer's service package. For the procurement of housing services for people with disabilities, the conditions referred to in Article 12 of the Act (612/2021) (612/2021) and the procurement shall take into account the requirements required by the law, a private service provider.
