Description:
The object of the procurement is housing services for the disabled, which are the responsibility of organizing the Kymenlaakso welfare area. The Kymenlaakso welfare area organizes the disabledhousing services as an own operation and by purchasing services from private service providers. The Kymenlaakso wellness area is responsible for planning and organizing the customer's service package.
Acquisition of housing services for the disabled is governed by the Social and Health Care Organization Act (612/2021)The conditions referred to in § 12 and the requirements for private service providers required by law are taken into account in the procurement. In the procurement, it has been taken into account that the services to be procured are in terms of content, scope and quantitative proportion such that the welfare area is able to take care of in § 8about their stipulated responsibilities and the continuity of service operations while the agreement is in force and when it ends, as well as in possible contract violations and disruptions, other disruptions and exceptional circumstances.akka, after which customers from Pyhtaeae are also included in the scope of this procurement.
