Description:
The Keltakanka plant of Kymenlaakson Jaete Oy (hereinafter "procurement unit" or "customer") has two 4.0 MW grate boilers supplied by Laatukattila Oy. Both boilers have their own existing flue gas bag filter equipment for flue gas cleaning and a common 30 meter high chimneypu with its own separate acid-resistant flues. With this procurement notice, the procurement unit announces the procurement of the flue gas washing and heat recovery system to be built behind the boilers.
The procurement unit selects one supplier based on the tender, with whom it will do businessagreement.
The agreement enters into force when it is signed and is valid for the Delivery until the Delivery has been accepted, the warranty for the equipment and parts has ended and the Contracting Parties have fulfilled their obligations, and after this, for the spare parts, for the time being, both Contracting Parties have a 6-month grace periodduring parenting time.
The delivery price is fixed. The price change conditions for spare parts are presented in the contract attached to the procurement notice.
