Kymijoki Nutrition Services Oy (Subscriber, contracting entity) has requested bids for meal transportation in the Kymenlaakso area in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.Everyday Party 2: Weekend and weekday routes + any separate transport on weekends and the weekday offer can be made from one or in each area. One service provider will be selected for each area. The fixed term of the area of the area will last three (3) years,After which the contract will continue to be valid indefinitely, unless the contractor terminates the contract at the end of the fixed -term contract period. The notice of termination shall be made no later than six (6) months before the end of the fixed -term contract period. If the subscriber does not exercise his right to terminate the contractend to the end of the fixed -term contract and move to the contract period for an indefinite period, the party may terminate the contract so that the notice period shall be three (3) months of the contract and, at the time of the service provider terminating six (6) months.
