- We are asking for your offer for the weather protection and scaffolding for the Lämsänjärvi daycare renovation project, according to the attached documents, already installed in place. Address of the work site Lämsänjärventie 15, 90230 Oulu The offer is requested as follows:- Weather protection and scaffolding installation, dismantling, transport and necessary lifting work, unit prices for roof opening and overtime openings - The weather protection is put into use and dismantled in stages according to the attached plan. The works are progressing according to the phases in numerical order. Please note that the daycare staff will be there on 24 June. until. - Passageways to work platforms and roof level (taking roof openings into account) - 2 stair risers - Work stands in line with the eaves line - Free access from all exterior doors and necessary fall protection - The size of the goods platforms in phases 1 and 2 is approximately 2.5 m x 7 m, in phase 3 approximately 2.5 x 10 m - The scaffolding plan must be approved by the customer before erection- Weekly inspections are included in the contract. The contractor delivers to the customer written documents about commissioning and weekly inspections.- Mandatory site visit on 26/05/2026 at 10:00 a.m.- Contact person responsible foreman Antti Kovalainen phone 044 7032 909. Scaffolding and weather protection work can start on 17/06/2026 - 1st phase must be inspected and available for use on 1 July 2026. - The 2nd phase must be inspected and ready for commissioning on 15 July 2026.- The 3rd phase must be inspected and ready for commissioning on 29 July 2026.
