- The North and East Lapland employment area/Sodankyla municipality is requesting offers for workforce training that promotes entrepreneurship skills for the employment areas of North and East Lapland, Rovaseudu, and Tunturi-Lap and Pello. The trainings are part of Chapter 7 61 of the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023) services according to §. The procurement is carried out as a single procurement in such a way that one procurement notice, request for tenders and procurement decision are drawn up for the procurement. Each employment area concludes a separate procurement contract with the selected service provider. The trainings are organized jointly by the employment areas as online trainings. It is estimated that 1-2 groups of trainings will be organized per month. A joint selection meeting of the service provider and employment areas is organized regarding student selections. The service provider delivers its own invoices to each employment area in accordance with the implementation.
