- The HUS Group is requesting offers for the Laboratory's glassware. It is a joint procurement, the parties of which are described below in this call for tenders. The parties involved in this call for tenders will be referred to below as the abbreviation "Client".
HUS corporation published a call for tenders earlier last yearHUS 732-2021 Laboratory glassware. However, there were a few product groups in the competition in question where there were errors in the set minimum requirements, due to which the section had to be suspended. In this request for tenders, the procurement unit requests tenders for them in the previous competitionto the sub-areas suspended in the tender, which are now tendered again.
The procurement includes the following product groups/products, identified in more detail in the tender request and its appendices:
- Coasters
- Coloring cups
The products are divided into product groups, which form the sub-areas of the procurement. Acquisitionis divided into 9 sub-areas.
Within each sub-area (i.e. product group), however, the comparison is made line by line (i.e. by position). One (1) supplier will be selected for each position.
The tenderer does not have to offer for each position within the product group.
For technical reasons, this tender documentn in section II 1.6. it has been mentioned that the contract is not divided into parts. The product groups and positions are only described in the request for tenders' appendix 2 Product appendix.
