Description:
The city of Kajaani, together with the municipalities of Kainuu, is requesting an offer for the analysis services of municipal water facilities, environmental healthcare and swimming pool laboratory samples for the contract period 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2029. The procurement can be extended by one (1) option year at the customer's decision.
Laboratory services must cover the transport arrangements of the samples from the sampling sites to the supplier's laboratory as well as the necessary sample containers. In addition, the services must include domestic water sampling and analytical services in disturbance and exceptional situations, also outside normal working hours.
In the attached Excel the table shows the estimated amounts for one (1) year.
The quantities mentioned in the request for quotation are estimates and are not binding on the customer.
