- Luonnonvarakeskus (Luke) tenders and procures laboratory equipment and chemicals in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. Luke tenders the framework contract for laboratory supplies and chemicals, for which no more than five (5) suppliers are selected for each sub-area or product.

A maximum of five (5) suppliers with the best Total Points will be selected for each area or product of the framework arrangement, and they will be placed in priority order. Luke reserves the right to use the order of priority for the procurement of supplies and chemicals.
The bidder maysubmit an offer in one or more areas. The selection of suppliers is based on the order of priority established on the basis of the offer comparison identified in the bidding process prior to the framework agreement, so that the selection is directed to the first supplier in the order.
