Description:
The object of the procurement is the laboratory services ordered by Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy, which include the analysis of laboratory tests and the transmission of their results electronically. The Customer acquires those laboratory tests from Suppliers that do not belong to the Customer for own production. "Laboratory examination" means the Supplier's analysis of the Customer's customer's sample (cerebrospinal fluid sample, whole blood sample, serum sample, plasma sample, urine sample, etc.). The procurement is divided into 15 sub-areas. Partial offers by sub-area are allowed. Partial offers within a sub-area are not allowed in sub-areas A - N. Partial offers by study are allowed in sub-area O. The contract is estimated to start in autumn 2026, the contract period is valid until 31 December 2028. Sopimusta can be extended indefinitely after the actual contract period. With the exception of sub-area N, research B-PEth, the agreement is valid until further notice. The research will be taken into production within about a year from the start of the contract.
