• Description:
• The subject of the acquisition is elementary and pre-school student transportation, excursion transportation for schoolchildren, and taxi service as open public transportation performed under the public transport or taxi license of the city of Laitila. Preschool and basic education 1 - 9 school transport for students in grades 2-3 concerns about 290 students/year. Call taxi operation in this form is new for the Subscriber. The procurement is divided into sub-areas. Transportation services can be offered to one or more areas. For every area one (1) service provider or tender consortium or service provider with subcontractors is selected. The client's goal is to have one (1) contact person for each sub-region, with whom route planning and other matters related to transport will be taken care of. The offer is given by sub-region, routes may be combined later. The routes are checked before the start of the academic year and the Customer must approve the driving routes before the driving starts. The preliminary schedules and routes are in this call for tenders attached. The routes and student numbers attached to the request for quotation are indicative and do not bind the Customer. The subscriber reserves the right to acquire transport services also separately in case of temporary need. Subarea 1. School Center - Katinhänte - Suovieri - Kaivola - School Center The number of students and transportation destinations may change during the academic year, and the Subscriber has the right to check routes and schedules if necessary.
