• BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
  Hyvinkaan Lampoevoima Oy ("Customer") is acquiring a heat storage unit intended for seasonal heat storage in Hyvinkaan Kulomaki ("Project").
  The project includes, among other things:
  1. Land construction contract (main contract),
  2. The insulation sleeve of the seasonal storage pit filled with water (the bottom of the pit foiling and a cover to be built over the pit, inside of which there is warm water that is directed to the district heating network),
  3. Purchase of a heat transfer station,
  4. Construction of a district heat transmission line,
  5. Procurement of electrical works required for the project,
  6. Automation work required by the project,
  7. Underground pipeline contract, and
  8. Purchase of heat storage diffusers and piping work for the diffusers.
  This request for participation concerns the Project's parts 7. (Ground piping contract) and 8. (Purchasing heat storage diffusers and piping work for the diffusers).
  Side contracts subject to procurement 7.-8. is carried out as subordinate to the Land Construction Contract ("Main Contract").
  REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE
  With this request for participation, the client requests participation applications from the candidates for parts 7 and 8 of the Project in accordance with this request for participation and the documents mentioned in its attachments.
  The procurement is divided into two (2) to the sub-area:
  1: Ground piping contract for thermal storage
  2: Purchase of heat storage diffusers and piping work for the diffusers
