- The framework arrangement will provide expert services related to land acquisition and property management in the regions of Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu and Lapland between 2025 and 2028. On the basis of this framework agreement, subscribers (ELY Centers) will be commissioned by a consultant for land acquisition and real estaterelated assignments with the authority specified in this framework agreement. The framework agreement also includes tasks related to the management of the customer's property assets, which the service provider must perform properly and to the extent required by the framework agreement in the name of the subscriber. AssignmentsContains e.g. The following tasks according to the Guidelines of the Passport Agency: - Road and Railway Compensation - Real Estate Management - Real Estate Assessment - Other Expert Tasks In- Research and Development Tasks - Other Uninterrupted Expert Services (eg pre -studies, cost estimates, expert statements, risk surveys and analysis, etc.) - Project secretary tasks, etc. The work includes all the work steps. The service provided by the companyshould concern all of the above tasks. The framework agreement is concluded with three (3) service providers.
