Description:
The target of the acquisition is the soil and rock materials specified in the invitation to tender to be loaded with the construction and maintenance of the City of Jyvaskyla for 1.1.2025- 31.12.2025. The acquisition includes an additional purchase period for 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026. Option period procedure is describedby draft agreement. The contracting entity reserves the right to compete for separate supply contracts for soil and rock materials. The acquisition will be set up for several suppliers' framework arrangements.For suppliers approved for the framework arrangement, taking into account the overall economy without separate tendering. There may be issues that affect the overall economy. Availability of different varieties, unit prices for rock material, and the distance between the ground and rock site and the siteTransportation costs and transportation time. Provincial products must have a CE marking to the extent that they are within the scope of a harmonized product standard. Subscriber reserves the right to make quality assurance measurementsand - studies for products.
