- The construction contract consists of one construction site in Kiertokaaren's Rusko waste center, which contains two interrelated treatment areas: Extension area 3-4. The construction contract includes Extension area 3-4 including all work and procurement earthworks and electrical works according to plan documents. Expansion area 3-4 is located in the area of the Rusko waste center in Oulu. The waste treatment field on the west side of expansion areas 3-4 (Expansion area 2) built in 2021-2022 and on the east side located waste treatment field (Extension Area 5) in 2023-2024. The road leading from Ruskonseläntie to the expansion area was built in 2020 and paved in 2021. The field to be built is located east of the previously built expansion area 2 field. Expansion areas 3 and 4 field structures of the contract area is about 2.1 ha. In addition, the contract includes building infrastructure (e.g. water supply and electricity) according to the plans for fields 3-4. The developer has removed the trees and stripped all the peat and topsoil from the construction site. In the construction of expansion area 5, a fire road has been built at fields 3-4 and a sewer from field 5 to the pumping station of field 2. In addition, part of the drainage and wells (K97, K 132 and K 109) have been built in the contract area, which can be seen in the plan documents. Electrical protective pipes have been brought to the border of the construction area from both areas 2 and 5, which can be seen in the plan documents.
