- This is a post-announcement regarding the procurement of a further development and maintenance service for the land leasing system as an internal tendering system. The Land Rental System (MVJ) is an information system owned by the Helsinki Urban Environment industry, which records for city rentalsand information related to contracts. In addition to information management, the system includes, inter alia, rental calculation, billing and accounting functionality and supports the control of the contract terms.
