Description:
The purpose of the framework arrangement is to acquire a high-quality, deep and wide-ranging, and theoretical and practical air quality impact assessment expertise for different and different size projects and assignments.
The service to be purchased includes zoning and assessment of air quality effects and the preparation of air quality effects and the preparation of the above -mentioned air quality emissions, as well as expert tasks related to the above -mentioned air quality. In addition to traffic, work may be included in the work, but also emission sources, eg industrial and production activities, if they need to be investigated to support land use planning.
Based on the tendering, two (2) consultants will be selected unless there are fewer tenderers and acceptable tenders.
The selection basis is the overall economy Affordability based on the best value for money as follows:
- Price, weight 30 %
- Quality, weight 70 %

The extent of the framework arrangement
The anticipated value of the framework arrangement without VAT throughout the contract period (incl. The possible option period) is EUR 300,000 and the maximum value of EUR 400,000 in VAT.
