- Description:
- KAVAKU language proficiency testing and oral and written language proficiency testing by UM personnel, depending on the customer's needs, on average once or twice a year. The languages tested are: English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese and Standard Arabic. KAVAKU language proficiency testin which the candidates are required to take tests in two different languages. As a rule, there is only one language to be tested in personnel testing. It is also possible that some year the rare language will not be tested at all. The tests measure the functional level of language skills on a skill level scale basedto the scale of the European reference framework (EVK, CEFR): satisfactory level (B1) and good level (B2). The written and oral exam are evaluated separately. The tests are coordinated so that the tests in different languages are of the same level of difficulty.
Each individual test includes the following:
1) Written examplanning and preparation
2) Written test
3) Oral test
4) Other (examination room reservations, administration of oral and written exams, reception of registrations, information and scheduling of test takers, testimonials, examination supervision, evaluation and correction of tests, ttest results for the customer, certificates and feedback for those who obtained B1 level from the written and oral test)
