Description:
The object of the procurement is the language training services for Government officials. More specifically, the subject of the procurement is the Government's joint language training in Swedish, English, French, German and Russian, as well as the Foreign Ministry's language training in Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Standard Arabicin the languages of n and Portugal, and, if necessary, in the languages of foreign representations. The tenderer can only offer to another area or to both areas. On the basis of the acquisition tno two separate contracts. The Government Office (VNK) concludes an agreement regarding the Government's joint language training services. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UM) makes its own agreement regarding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' language training services.
The selected supplier does not have the exclusive right to provide servicesnot, but the procurement units can also acquire services from other parties during the contract period at their own discretion.
