Description:
The procurement comprises the space changes of Lansimaki school as a total contract, including construction, HVAC and main contract works in accordance with the contract accounting documents. The works are carried out according to the plans drawn up by the customer. Any updates to camera and security systems, as well as locking, are up to the customer separate procurements. The construction contractor also acts as the main implementer of the object during the contract period and as the contractor responsible for site management duties and site services. The contract includes space changes in the school's teaching facilities, such as the demolition and construction of partition walls, the purchase and installation of folding walls, and renewal of space surfaces. The contract period for the site is the school summer vacation 2026 (June 1, 2026-August 12, 2026). In the request for tenders, the customer has defined the eligibility/suitability conditions required of the tenderer. Eligibility criteria given by the lowest (comparative price) offer the contractor who meets the criteria will be selected as the main contractor.
