This is not a request for tenders, but an invitation to market mapping and advance notice to shorten the deadlines.
Lapland's welfare area ("procurement unit") plans to implement the procurement procedure for infusion machines and syringe pumps in the spring of 2024. According to the preliminary plans of the procurement unit, hthe subject of the contract would be an infusion system for the new intensive care and monitoring department to be opened in Lapland Central Hospital in 2025. The new unit will have a total of seven intensive care beds and nine monitoring beds. According to the preliminary plans, part of the acquired system would be installed as early as vucongrats 2024 to the current intensive care unit.
According to the procurement unit's preliminary plans, a set of three infusion machines and five syringe pumps would be procured for the monitoring positions of the intensive care and monitoring department, and a set of four infusion machines and eight syringe pumps for the intensive care unitsness. The procurement unit is also considering including the procurement of individual equipment and smaller units needed for operating theater and bed ward use as an option in the tender. Sunin the congratulatory phase and before starting a possible tender, the procurement unit surveys the market and finds out the companies' views on the factors related to the successful implementation of the tender.
