Description:
The procurement concerns the collection and transportation of waste from properties owned by Lapland University of Applied Sciences Oy, including waste container rental and waste container washing in accordance with the current general waste management regulations and this tender request and its appendices.
The procurement is divided into the following partsto:
1. Kemi-Tornio area
2. Rovaniemi area
The tenderer can submit a bid for one or more sub-units.
The contract period for combustible waste and recycling paper is two (2) years from 1 June 2023 to 30 June 2026. With regard to combustible waste and collection paper, the customer reserves the right toI do (2) one (1) year long option period. The subscriber shall notify the use of the option at least three (3) months before the implementation of the possible option. The option is about the customer's right, not obligation.
Appendices 1-2 state the address of the property, the number and size of waste containers, and the type of wasteke, emptying interval as well as rental dishes and own dishes. During the contract period, the customer intends to switch from own surface containers to a rental container model. The emptying intervals, the number of waste containers and the sizes of the waste containers stated in the tender request and in appendices 1-2 are for reference and are based on the current orderto the known situation, and they do not bind the subscriber. The quantities in question are used in the comparison of offers.
The customer may have to make changes to the content and items of the purchase during the contract period. As a result of the changes, emptying targets, quantities of waste bins or types of waste can be added or removed...
