- The framework arrangement includes monitoring and planning tasks for the maintenance of pavements and road markings, as well as other construction-related tasks expert services in the Northern procurement area of the ELY center. The northern acquisition area includes Lapland, Northern Ostrobothnia and regions of the Kainuu provinces, Lapland's ELY center acts as the procurement ELY center. Offices: Rovaniemi and Oulu. For the framework arrangement, framework contract suppliers are selected for the areas of the ELY centers as follows, unless the bidders' suitability there are fewer eligible bidders or acceptable bids: Lapland's ELY center: Three (3) framework contract suppliers to supervise the pavements Two (2) framework contract suppliers for monitoring road markings Two (2) for planning pavement repairs framework contract supplier North Ostrobothnia ELY Center: Three (3) framework contract suppliers to supervise the pavements Three (3) framework contract suppliers for monitoring road markings For planning pavement repairs, three (3) framework contract supplier The content of the framework arrangement is defined in more detail in the tender documents. During the validity period of the framework arrangement, the financiers of individual assignments can also be the regions of the ELY centers provincial unions, cities and municipalities. The client's goal is to have the framework agreements come into effect at the beginning of 2026, and the initial contract period is 2026 and the options are for 2027-2028.
