- The framework arrangement includes monitoring and planning tasks for the maintenance of pavements and road markings, as well as other construction-related expert services in the northern procurement area of the ELY center. The northern acquisition area includes the regions of Lapland, North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu provinces, Lapland's ELY center acts as the procurement ELY center. Offices: Rovaniemi and Oulu. For the framework arrangement, framework contract suppliers are selected for the areas of the ELY centers as follows, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the requirements regarding the suitability of the bidders or acceptable bids: Lapland ELY center: Paallystein for supervision three (3) framework contract suppliers For supervision of road markings two (2) framework contract suppliers For planning road surface repairs two (2) framework contract suppliers North Ostrobothnia ELY-keskus: For supervision of pavements three (3) framework contract suppliers For supervision of road markings three (3) framework contract suppliers for the design of pavement repairs, three (3) framework contract suppliers The content of the framework arrangement is defined in more detail in the tender documents. During the validity period of the framework arrangement, for individual assignments, the financier can also be the ELY centers' areas of the provinces unions, cities and municipalities. The customer's goal is to have the framework agreements in force at the beginning of 2026 and the initial contract period is 2026 and options for 2027-2028.
