Description:
The acquisition is subject to the maintenance and felling work of the City of Lappeenranta Urban forests under the terms and conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes. Urban forest management and felling work refers to work in accordance with urban forest plans, as well as work related to construction or wishes of the residents.The treatment and felling work subject to the acquisition is divided into two areas:- sub-area 1) Manual logging and nursing areas 2) Mechanical harvesting target is that the actual contract period begins on 1.7.2025 and ends on 30.6.2027 without separate dismissal. The actual contract period is24 months. The contracting entity reserves the opportunity to continue the contract for two (2) one (1) year-long option period (1 + 1). The number of subdivisions is not limited, ie the supplier may, if he or she so wishes, be offered to both areas. Partial offers are not accepted within the areas.The tenderer shall provide a maximum of three (3) suppliers in one of the individual sites reported in the sub-tendering invitation to tender. The framework agreement follows priority. The subscriber will affordthe opportunity to order the service in the order of priority from a second supplier in a situation where the primary supplier cannot be caught within three (3) days of the first contact or if he is unable to carry out the task within the time required by the item orSupplier ...
