- The acquisition is subject to the maintenance and felling work of the City of Lappeenranta Urban forests under the terms and conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes. Urban forest management and felling work refers to work in accordance with urban forest plans and related to construction or wishes of residents work.
The treatment and felling work subject to procurement is divided into two areas:
- sub-area 1) Manual felling and nursing work
- sub-area 2) Mechanical harvesting
The aim is for the actual contract period to start on October 1, 2025 and end on 30 September 2027 without separate dismissal. Actual The contract period is 24 months. The contracting entity reserves the opportunity to continue the agreement with two (2) one (1) year -long option period (1 + 1).
The number of areas offered is not restricted, ie the supplier may, if he or she so wishes, be offered to both areas. Sub-deals within the sub-areas not accepted. The tenderer must provide to all (except services provided by option) in the sub-region or sub-areas) to the individual sites indicated by the invitation to tender.
A maximum of three (3) suppliers will be selected for each area unless there are fewer suitable/acceptable tenderers. The framework agreement follows priority.
