• SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of this framework arrangement is large minivans and minibuses and related services as defined in the framework agreement and its appendices. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to continue validity of the framework agreement during the option period of a maximum of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is 21,000,000 to 30,000,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. Framework arrangement the maximum value is EUR 30,000,000 (VAT 0%). The figures are based on the information provided by the joined customers about the use of the framework arrangement. Purchases made on the basis of this framework arrangement have been estimated to be distributed during the contract period in such a way that in terms of euro the most significant customers are welfare regions and security authorities. Determining the euro value of procurements is partly complicated by the fact that among the Customers who have joined the framework arrangement are, among other things, those within the budget economy Customers whose funds initially allocated for procurement may undergo unforeseen changes beyond the control of the customer during the framework contract period. Determining the euro value of acquisitions is also partly complicated by the fact that there is a price trend for cars difficult to estimate. Of the anticipated total euro value of the framework arrangement without value added tax, approximately 98% is estimated to consist of cars and approximately 2% of factory accessories purchased for cars and in connection with the car equipment service...
