Description:
OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of this framework arrangement is large SUVs and off-road vehicles and related services as defined in the request for tender and its appendices. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) in the one-year option period under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is 5,000,000 to 7,500,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is 7,500,000 euros (VAT 0%). The figures are based on information provided by the customers who joined on the use of the framework arrangement. The procurements made on the basis of this framework arrangement are estimated to be distributed during the contract period in such a way that the most significant customers in terms of euro amounts are the Finnish Defense Forces and the Police Administration. among the customers who have joined, there are, among other things, customers who are in the scope of budget economy, and the funds initially allocated for their purchases may undergo unforeseen changes beyond the control of the customer during the framework contract period. Determining the value of acquisitions in euros is partly made difficult also the fact that it is difficult to estimate the price development of cars. It is estimated that about 91% of the total euro value of the framework arrangement without VAT is estimated to be made up of cars and about 9% of factory accessories purchased for cars and in connection with the car equipment service install...
