Description:
The subject of the procurement is laryngectomy supplies for the welfare region of Northern Ostrobothnia (Pohde) and the units of its cooperation area, Kainuu, and for the welfare region of Lapland, in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The procurement is divided into four to the sub-area as follows:1. Starter kits for hands-free speech valves with accessories, humidity heat exchangers, adhesive bases, stoma buttons and cannulae with accessories2. Laryngectomy voice prosthesis sets, voice prostheses and accessories for voice prostheses3. Speech vibrator4. Skin care products laryngectomy The tenderer can submit a tender in one or more areas. Parallel offers are allowed. The estimated start date of the procurement contracts is 1 November 2026. The contract period is two years, after which there is the possibility of two separate option years (1 year + 1 year). The procurement quantities indicated in the request for tenders are estimated consumption quantities for one year and they are notified to bidders only to support the submission of the tender. The procurement contract does not constitute a procurement entity quantity purchase obligation, but the actual consumption may be higher or lower. By submitting the offer, the bidder commits to all the conditions of this request for bids and its appendices.
