Description:
The object of the procurement is a laser generator and consumables for laser ablation treatment of venous insufficiency for the HUS group (hereinafter "HUS"). In addition to the equipment purchase agreement, an agreement is concluded for equipment-related consumables. Approximately 2,100 procedures are performed per year. The supply contract for consumables is fixed-term for 24 months at fixed prices, after which it continues indefinitely. Price changes are possible according to the price change conditions according to the contract after the fixed price period. The aim of the tender is to find a professional and economically advantageous contractual partner as a supplier of the laser generator and compatible consumables. HUS selects one supplier as a contract partner based on the comparison criteria of overall economic affordability stated in the request for tenders. The acquisition also includes the following additional procurement possibilities: - one similar device (mandatory option) - device with at least two wavelengths 1470nm and 1940nm (optional option).- maintenance contract after the warranty period (mandatory option) HUS will decide on the introduction of options separately by 31 December 2027.
