- This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential bidders. The purpose of the request for information is to survey the market and gather information and suppliers' comments so that a possible future tender could be implemented in an appropriate manner. We are preparing the purchase of laser cartridge printers for the PSHVA in Sansia for the use of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory and autopsy. The aim is to implement the competition in the fall of 2026. Information about the acquisition: 2 devices suitable for mass printing will be acquired for the laboratory. A device suitable for autopsy can be smaller (e.g. with one cassette magazine). The printers must be able to print five in the laboratory different cassette and one cassette type in the autopsy. The barcode to be printed must be readable by glass scanners. The printers must be able to be connected to Tietoevryn's Qpati laboratory information system and print the matrix code on the cassette through it, sample number as well as jar and block number. We are surveying the market and we would ask you to send us product brochures if you have a device to offer that meets the above specifications. In addition, we ask you to let us know if you are willing to present your products via Teams at the beginning of June.
